There is a wide variety of types which can be covered under this policy, including grapevines, citrus trees, stonefruit trees, pomefruit trees, berryfruit, nursery stock, and more.
- Is there an excess?

Yes, and it will be displayed on our quotation or schedule of insurance.
- Can a different excess be nominated?

Absolutely, we offer a range of excess levels to suit individual needs. And increasing the base excess will attract a premium discount.
- When are premiums payable?

The premium and Government charges are payable no later than 90 days after policy is bound.
- When does cover begin?

Cover begins at 4pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on the date stated in the schedule of insurance. Please note, waiting periods may apply.
- How to obtain a quote and arrange cover?

You will need to obtain a completed application form from your client and submit it to Primacy for a quote.

Please complete a Loss Notification Form and email the completed form to claims@pum.com.au.
- What information do I need to provide when making a claim?

You need to provide the time when the loss occurred, the cause of the loss, a description of the crops damaged, an estimate of the nature and extent of the physical damage and details of any other insurance under which your client is entitled to claim for the same loss.
